Your old emails, documents and records have value to AI companies.
AI companies license real business records to learn how work actually gets done. We match your business with vetted licensing programs, so you can turn years of operating history into a payment. You keep control, data is de-identified, and there is no cost to you.
How it works
Three steps. You can stop at any point.
Tell us about your business
Fill out the short form: industry, size, years operating and the systems you use. It takes about two minutes. We never ask for files at this stage.
We match you with the right program
Different AI data programs want different industries and company sizes. We introduce you to the ones that fit, with your written consent, and explain how each one works.
You review the offer and decide
The program scopes what it wants, handles de-identification and makes its offer directly to you. You review the contract with your own counsel. Nothing moves unless you sign.
What qualifies and what does not
Programs want the everyday records of how a business runs. They do not want anything that would break a law or a professional duty.
Usually in scope
- Business email archives (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook)
- Internal documents, templates, SOPs and shared drives
- Operational records: scheduling, dispatch, quoting, invoicing, CRM and ticketing history
- Team chat history (Slack, Teams) and project management data
- Records from businesses that have closed, are winding down or are being sold
Not in scope
- Patient records or any protected health information. Medical practices: only administrative, billing and operations records, and only after HIPAA de-identification.
- Privileged or confidential client files from law firms
- Tax return information without the client consent federal rules require
- Consumer financial data that privacy law restricts
- Anything you do not have the right to license
Most programs look for companies with roughly 10 to 50 or more employees, depending on the industry, and several years of history. Each program sets its own criteria, and no program is required to make an offer.
Who it is for
Established small and mid-size businesses with real operating history. The 20 to 200 person companies that larger buyers overlook.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers.
Who is TRAIRC Technologies?
TRAIRC Technologies LLC is an independent referral company. We identify businesses whose records fit what AI data programs are looking for and introduce them, with their consent. We are not a broker, we do not represent any program, and we never handle your data.
How do you get paid?
When a business we introduced signs with a program, that program may pay us a referral fee. You pay us nothing, and our fee does not come out of what the program pays you. If a route involves a sell-side agent that charges the seller a fee, we tell you in writing before any introduction, so you can choose.
Is this safe for my clients and employees?
Reputable programs remove names and identifying details before data is used for training, and you agree on scope in a written contract. You decide what is included. Sensitive categories such as patient records and privileged client files stay out entirely.
How much is it worth?
It depends on industry, size, years of history and the systems you used. Some programs publish ranges, and offers vary widely. We will not quote a number before the program scopes your data, because nobody can do that honestly.
Our company closed years ago. Does it still count?
Possibly. Several programs specifically buy from closed and winding-down companies, as long as the records still exist and someone has authority to license them. For companies in bankruptcy, we work only through the trustee or debtor's counsel, and any sale follows the court process.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. Filling out the form and talking to us creates no obligation. You can stop at any point, and nothing moves without a contract you sign.
Who are the buyers?
AI data companies and labs that run published data licensing programs. We tell you exactly which program we propose to introduce you to and why, before we make any introduction.
